God is the embodiment of love. God loves us so much that He sacrificed His only Son for us so we would have the opportunity for everlasting life.
If you want to please God, love God as a little child would love a beloved parent — unconditionally, completely and without doubt or reservation.
And love others as you love yourself.
Jesus said, “Unless you turn to God from your sins and become as little children, you will never get into the Kingdom of Heaven.” (Matthew 18:3)
Open your heart to God and trust in your Heavenly Father.
Open your heart to others and treat them as you want to be treated.
A heart closed to God is no heart at all.
A heart closed to others is a heart closed to God.
